platform - gorgeous leather satchel
the original platform satchel was made for an exhibition I had at the platform gallery, clitheroe. they wanted an original shape to sit alongside my more standard work, after trying several variations I decided to to play with the angles and change the dynamic from landscape to portrait. that was around 2010, and platform has been a best seller ever since.

a different twist on the traditional satchel, angled sides taper up to the top of the bag. still sleek enough to use on a formal occasion, with enough room for everything you need, but can happily be dressed down for more a casual look. handstitched and finished with a large chrome or brass buckle.
